Sofia AI processes messages from your salon's clients to generate automated responses. These conversations may be stored temporarily to maintain conversation context. You are responsible for informing your clients that an AI assistant may handle their initial inquiries.
We use the following third-party services to operate Sofia AI:
Anthropic: Powers the AI responses. Conversations are processed through Anthropic's API in accordance with their privacy policy.
Paddle: Processes subscription payments securely.
Vercel: Hosts our API infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share data with third-party service providers as necessary to operate the Service, or when required by law.
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
