We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with Sofia AI for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your subscription start date and we will issue a complete refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund, contact us at tatuson58@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include your account email and we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel after 30 days, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period but will not be charged for future periods.
Sofia AI includes personalized setup and configuration by our team within 24 hours of your subscription. This human-assisted onboarding ensures your AI administrator is fully configured for your salon before going live.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider Paddle in accordance with their refund policy.
